Booking Periods
There is no set arrival day or departure day. Arrival time is 4pm; departure is 10am.
Short breaks
Long weekends and short breaks with a minimum of 3 nights are fine. Again, arrival time is 4pm; departure is 10am.

Waste Disposal
Rubbish is collected on Mondays, so please put full black bags in the green wheelie bin on Sunday night.
Unfortunately there is no recycling at the moment.
You may choose to put all your recyclable material in black plastic bags in our green wheelie bin. We give you up to two bags full free of charge, but any more will be charged at £5 deductible from your damages deposit.
We suggest you recycle as much as possible by taking paper, card, plastic pots home.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome, almost essential(!), and cost £15 each up to a maximum of £30, but, within reason, bring as many dogs as you like. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
Communications
There is wifi, but you may choose to turn it off. We believe that the wonderful benefit of peace is a clear reminder that nature is the ruler.
There is negligible mobile signal which allows you to get on with the real reason for living in and enjoying the countryside. There is, of course, a landline which is essential in an emergency.
The landline has no inclusive minutes, and is for essential calls only.

There is an honesty box. Please be realistic (standard landline/mobile calls are charged at 30p per minute).
You can get a mobile signal on the beach and, sometimes, in the garden.
